Home Rule Charter Committee applications officially ended last Friday, Jan. 3, with a total of 39 applicants. So what’s next?
The hopes are to have 10 to 15 people be a part of the committee. They would spend the next year or more “investigating” the installment of a Home Rule Charter in Rapid City.
